Plumbing Install Lead Technician

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead Technician to join our growing team! The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring) Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.) Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs) Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical BENEFITS: Competitive Pay Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401K PTO Paid Holidays Sick Pay #MCA Pay Range $75,000 - $125,000 USD
