Plumbing Service Technician

Key Responsibilities: Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial clients. Provide maintenance and emergency plumbing services. Ensure all work is compliant with safety and building codes. Identify sales opportunities and recommend plumbing products or services to clients. Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Meet or exceed sales targets by securing new business and upselling services. Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction Complete service reports, sales orders, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Experience in plumbing service and repair (residential or commercial). Proven sales experience, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid plumbing license (if required) and driver’s license.
