SEO Optimization: Optimize videos with relevant tags, descriptions, and keywords to boost visibility and search rankings on YouTube. Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, respond to viewer inquiries, and actively engage with our online community to foster a loyal following. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze video performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools to track growth, viewership trends, and optimize future content strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, podcast hosts, and other content creators to align video content with overall marketing campaigns and podcast promotion. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience as a YouTube Content Creator, preferably in the podcasting or digital content industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve), graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva), and familiarity with YouTube Studio.
