Central Marin Local Governments is seeking Police Officer Trainees to join local law enforcement teams. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Trainees will participate in law enforcement training programs, assist officers in daily operations, and gradually take on field responsibilities under supervision. Responsibilities include attending and completing police training academy programs, assisting officers in patrols and administrative tasks, learning law enforcement procedures and emergency response techniques, supporting community policing initiatives, and following all regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older, U.S. citizen or legal resident eligible for law enforcement work, high school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred), physically fit to meet training academy standards, strong communication and teamwork skills, no prior law enforcement experience required.
