Power BI / BigQuery Consultant for Financial and Managerial Dashboards

We are seeking an experienced Power BI and BigQuery consultant to develop advanced financial and managerial dashboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and visualization, with a focus on translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with our team to ensure dashboards meet business requirements and drive decision-making. Familiarity with financial metrics and performance indicators is crucial. Design a data model (star schema) for profitability tracking. Implement revenue recognition logic for both T&M and Fixed-Price multi-month projects (straight-line and % complete methods). Build executive dashboards showing: Profitability by project, customer, and expert/team Gross margin, net margin, utilization Forecast vs actuals Recommend and implement either Power BI or BigQuery + Looker Studio, depending on best fit. Requirements: Proven experience with Power BI or BigQuery/Looker Studio in a financial/project-based context Strong background in services profitability / project accounting Ability to work with exported data (CSV/Excel/Sheets) and design for later automation Good communication and ability to propose best practices Deliverables: Working dashboards connected to our data Data model + documentation Short training for our internal team Apply tot his job
