Principal Trainer- Hospital Billing & Professional Billing

POSITION SUMMARY: The Principal Trainer directs, manages, plans and coordinates the operational and administrative activities of Epic Training and personnel within the Hospital Billing and Professional Billing training realm. Responsibilities • Plans and administers Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing Revenue Reconciliation Workshop training. • Coordinates course development and/or procurement of outside training sources. • Develop and maintain Revenue Cycle Learning Home Dashboards. • Responsible for maintenance of library of training material and index of training sources. • Support end-users via on-site support, telephone, or on-call coverage • Work with application team through the entire life cycle of the implementation to become knowledgeable in decisions affecting use of the system and specific configuration for each implementation • Assist as needed with design and build of the system • Creation of TipSheets and training documentation for upgrades, projects and ad hoc request. • Apply in depth system understanding to current issues and design challenges in order to develop alternative solutions with pro and con analysis Qualifications Education & Experience: Finish • Bachelor’s degree in related area. • Additional years of experience in applicable business area (clinical, operational or IT systems support) may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. • 3+ Years experience building in Epic Training environment should be training certified in both hospital billing and professional billing workflows • Epic Hospital Billing Certification • Epic Professional Billing Certification Apply Job!
