Operating across multiple service lines, acquired entities, and client entry points requires a highly disciplined yet relationship-driven go-to-market model that can scale without losing trust.     Join us as we build the future of financial services for doctors faster, smarter, and at scale.   Job Summary  As a Product Manager at Earned, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, design, and client and advisor experience to shape how clients experience Earned’s offering.    You’ll be responsible for working across the organization to define experiences across a multi-service line, omni-channel delivery model that will deliver unparalleled results for Earned’s clients. The work includes ownership of the overall product roadmap and ownership of specific initiatives that span services and deliverable definition, pricing, and technology. The right candidate will bring tech-enabled services product experience and be energized about the opportunity to apply product best practices to integrating and bringing the best of acquired firm capabilities and teams into Earned’s offer as part of an ambitious growth strategy.     Key Responsibilities   Product Roadmap Ownership   - Own and manage the Earned product roadmap, ensuring a cohesive vision across digital and service-based experiences.  - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and client experience teams to prioritize, define, and deliver high-impact initiatives that align with Earned’s strategic goals.  - Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform evolution, ensuring Earned’s products scale efficiently while remaining customer centric.  - Establish and track clear success metrics for each initiative to measure business and customer value.   Tax and Accounting Product Development   - Lead the end-to-end product strategy for Earned’s tax and accounting offering, combining technology, human expertise, and operational delivery.  - Partner with service operations and finance teams to define, package, and optimize the service offering, ensuring clarity, scalability, and differentiation in the market.  - Drive initiatives to test and refine relationship-based pricing models, focusing on value alignment and customer lifetime engagement.  - Ensure product design reflects regulatory, compliance, and service delivery considerations while maintaining a seamless client experience.   Integration of New Service Lines   - Support the definition, validation, and launch of new service lines within the Earned platform. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate emerging business opportunities into digital and operational product requirements. - Define frameworks for how new services integrate into the existing Earned ecosystem.  - Partner with marketing and client experience to ensure new service lines are clearly communicated, positioned, and adopted by customers.   Customer and Market Insight   - Champion the voice of the customer by synthesizing insights from data, research, client feedback, and market analysis.  - Translate insights into actionable product decisions that drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction.  - Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and inform Earned’s go-to-market positioning.   Cross-Functional Leadership   - Act as a connective leader between product, technology, operations, and client-facing teams ensuring alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.  - Facilitate structured collaboration that drives product clarity, accountability, and efficient execution.  - Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and milestones clearly to both executive leadership and cross-functional contributors. - Foster a product culture rooted in experimentation, learning, and customer impact.       Key Requirements  - Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s is preferred  - 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with exposure to fintech, accounting tech, or service-based business models.  - Proven experience launching or scaling hybrid digital + service products.  - Familiarity with financial services, accounting workflows, or small business management as a plus.  - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a bias for execution.  - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and disciplines.    Benefits  - An attractive total compensation package - Employer-sponsored health insurance (medical, dental, vision) - 401k + 5% match    Earned is committed to offering equal employment opportunity in all employment practices and employment decisions are based on an individual’s job qualifications and abilities. Earned prohibits discrimination based on race, creed, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender (including gender identity, gender expression and being transgender), sexual orientation, marital status, registered domestic partner status, citizenship status, age, military and veteran status, medical condition, genetic information, political affiliation, disability, medical condition, or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law or ordinance or regulation.
