Leveraging Altana's cutting-edge data assets and global Value Chain Management System, this role focuses on understanding customer needs and priorities to design and deliver an impactful, easy-to-use, and technically advanced product experience. This product manager will work closely with internal teams and the Altana technology stack to bring products to market that solve complex, real-world challenges.Product Managers at Altana have three main directives: * Customer-centric product line solutioning: You are building not a single standalone product offering but a suite of product offerings to support multiple customers for multiple use cases on top of a unified data and technology platform. You will be empowered to deeply understand the needs landscape as well as the competitive market and scope end-to-end solutions that include build, buy, partner assessments and recommendations. Your job is to deliver end-to-end solutions for our customers leveraging Altana's core capabilities across data and value chain creation and build net new capabilities in value chain management for global compliance requirements for global enterprises.

• AI-Driven Insights and Intelligence Enablement: In order to deliver new value chain management capabilities you will collaborate with a world class Graph team who are building and deploying models to run on top of the existing core data platform that stitches together Altana proprietary data and customer proprietary data into a bespoke global value chain for each customer. As a product manager, you will prioritize the development of data-driven intelligence, enabling users to identify and act on high-impact risks and opportunities based on factors like compliance severity and business impact. You'll also define and refine user interactions to ensure intelligent feedback loops that continuously enhance model accuracy and improve decision-making across a shared global network. Your leadership will drive mission-critical intelligence for customers, supporting their real-world business decisions with powerful insights.
• Collaborative workflows to take action: Because individual value chains are specific to each customer but the global network of value chains is highly overlapping and connected, especially within and across similar and related industries, you will also partner with other product managers and crossfunctional counterparts to establish user network effects through collaborative workflows that enable users to take actions to resolve prioritized risks and insights. When we say end-to-end solutions this includes the ability for users to work together on a supply chain common operating picture with shared intelligence that enables them to take action on that visibility and intelligence through workflows that help them to manage and govern their global, multi-tier value chain networks.

As a member of the product team, this role will provide an incredible opportunity to interface with the founders, executives, and go-to-market teams to interact with our customers and evangelize our product vision and roadmap.Your Responsibilities

• Define common user workflows and identify pain points in the current product experience, focusing on Altana's enterprise customers
• Leverage data to assess, evaluate, and prioritize improvements to the enterprise user experience
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to scope and implement solutions that improve the enterprise user experience
• Monitor and regularly report on user adoption across the enterprise product

About You

• Demonstrated experience (at least 3 years) as a product manager
• Demonstrated experience and interest in user experience or product design
• Demonstrated success scaling a product (1 to n)
• Strong problem identification and analytical skills to understand data and customer needs, ability to quickly distill complex discussions down to specific problems
• Customer-centric mindset and empathy for the user experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• A data-driven approach to decision-making
• Comfortable and excited to build, grow, and evolve new teams and capabilities within a fast moving start-up environment
• Preferred: Experience building B2B products and/or collaborative workflows

US Salary Range and Benefits$130,000 - $180,000 USDThe salary range, to the extent specified for this role, is a good faith statement of the minimum and maximum levels of the annual based salary for the position. The base salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on a wide range of compensation factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Altana's total compensation package.
