Product Manager - Payroll

Description: • Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry! Our cloud-based platform provides a unique, centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants. • The Product Manager, Payroll will oversee the R365 Payroll products and collaborate closely with other Product Managers to drive our payroll strategy within Restaurant365. • Your mission will be to empower restaurants to thrive by ensuring compliance, managing costs, and saving time through streamlined payroll processes—from Punch to Paycheck. • You will engage with internal partners, clients, and subject matter experts throughout the entire product lifecycle, including problem definition, design, research, launch, and adoption. • Your efforts will help simplify payroll management, making it easier for our clients to focus on what they do best: running their restaurants. Requirements: • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS software • 3+ years of Payroll domain and product experience • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a track record of presenting strategies to executive leadership and product capabilities to key stakeholders and customers • Self-starter that flourishes across multiple projects in fast-paced, collaborative work environment while meeting tight deadlines • Experience with go to market best practices • Experience collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing product input from multiple sources (customers, leaders, competitors, partners) and putting this at the center of conceptualization, design, story creation and execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias towards making data driven decisions • Must be self-motivated, resilient, outcome focus, customer oriented with a builder mindset • Agile Methodology experience • Well versed in HCM industry with primary focus on HR and Payroll • Experience working in a restaurant is ideal • MBA or Advanced degree Benefits: • This position has a salary range of $120,800 - $151,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
