PRODUCT OWNER: E-Commerce & Subscription Billing

Roles & Responsiblities: • Seasoned Technical Product Owner (this is not a Project Manager role) with over 10 years of experience managing excellent Subscription Billing experience, supporting large scale SaaS ecommerce projects. Mandatory expertise in subscription billing platforms is MUST and nice to have Salesforce CPQ exposure • PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE A STRONG TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING OF SUBSCRIPTION BILLING AND HAVE IMPLEMENTED ANY RELATED TOOLS LIKE ZOURA (preferred one) or others, AS THAT IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE • This role demands strong technical acumen, deep domain knowledge, and the ability to manage complex project workflows effectively. • Own the design of end-to-end delivery of SaaS ecommerce and subscription billing projects, with a primary focus on Zuora implementations and enhancements. • MUST HAVE STRONG TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN ORDER TO CASH PROCESSES. • MUST FOR THIS ROLE IS TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW AND EXPERIENCE MANAGING PROJECTS AROUND SUBSCRIPTION BILLING FOR SAAS ECOMMERCE COMPANIES AND ORDER TO CASH • Hands-on experience managing projects involving Salesforce and NetSuite applications (preferred but not mandatory). • Familiarity with financial systems and SaaS billing models. • Experience working with geographically distributed teams. Work Environment • Fully remote role. • Required to work EST working hours, ensuring coverage during early PST mornings and extended overlap with offshore teams. Apply tot his job
