- Sales experience is required / Outside Sales experience is preferred
- CNC Machining Experience or Industrial Distribution or Supply Chain Experience is required
- Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record - MVR will be required
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing sales territory
- Ability to quickly build relationships with key decision makers in client organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal are required
- Self-directed and possesses a high level of productivity and personal organization
- Ability to remain calm & professional under pressure
- Proficient use of a Windows computer, Microsoft Office & Teams
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize as the need arises
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Ability to identify and disseminate sensitive information appropriately
- Ability to learn new tools / products quickly and effectively communicate new tools / products to customers.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
