Production Associate (Swing Shift)

New Era Staffing & HR Solutions is hiring immediately for a Production Associate at a leading custom fabrication company in Tukwila, WA specializing in display, shade, and shelter solutions. Location: Tukwila, WA Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Benefits Offered: Paid Weekly, Paid Training, Paid Sick Leave, Affordable Healthcare Plan, Simple IRA (401K) Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp/Temp-To-Hire Position Summary: The Production Associate plays a vital role in the fabrication and finishing of custom displays, shade structures, and shelter solutions. Working alongside skilled fabricators and production staff, you’ll assist with preparing materials, assembling components, and packaging finished products. Qualifications: • Previous experience in fabrication, production, or assembly environments preferred but not required. • Previous shipping/receiving experience is a strong plus. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift. • Comfortable working around fabrication equipment and hand tools (no prior certification required). • Basic computer or scanner skills a plus. • Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated with a strong sense of craftsmanship.
