Job title: Program Director Graduate Data Science-NAS Company: Loyola University Maryland Job description: Loyola University Maryland is inviting applications for the position of Program Director Graduate Data Science-NAS. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing overall operations, ongoing management, administrative support, and continuous evaluation of the interdisciplinary graduate Data Science Program (MSDS) including managing applicants through admission, yield activities and student commitment. The Program Director is the primary day-to-day contact for all MSDS students, university staff, and external agencies providing services to the program. The Program Director works closely with the Associate Dean for Natural and Applied Sciences (NAS) to coordinate all program level efforts and initiatives for the NAS involving students, faculty, staff, alum, and advisory board members, and continuous improvement efforts of programs. Candidates for this position will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, time management skills, as well as an aptitude for learning University applications/software (e.g., WebAdvisor, Colleague, SharePoint, WebNow, Slate).
