What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal business teams to deliver products through the design process to completion
- Plan and direct project schedules and budgets, monitoring from inception through delivery
- Oversee the work of external vendors as needed
- Lead and manage teams in planning and executing business programs
- Create business requirements documents, test plans, and user training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of program and/or project management experience
- Operational process improvement experience
- Healthcare experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio, with excellent presentation and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of program and/or project management experience
- Managed care experience
- Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization
- PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or comparable coursework
