- Own the planning and logistics for a portfolio of Exec Ed programs-manage timelines, vendors, venues, supplies, and support staff.
- Use Wrike (project management tool) to ensure all deadlines and tasks are on track.
- Manage the participant experience from registration to post-program follow-up.
- Set the tone at each program-coordinate music, icebreakers, activities, room layout, and more.
- Support on-site program delivery, including occasional overnight or evening programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for adjunct faculty-guide them through onboarding, expectations, and alignment to Exec Ed standards.
- Partner with faculty to enhance experiential learning components and align activities to outcomes.
- Evaluate program impact and participant feedback, then share insights to continuously improve the learning journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and participants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team on identifying opportunities for upselling and program expansion.
- Represent Exec Ed as a knowledgeable, professional, and values-driven partner.
- Help improve and document processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and mentor student workers and program assistants.
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts that strengthen team culture and operational success.

- Budget management experience
- 5 years of experience in program, event, or project management
- Experience working with faculty, facilitators, or consultants in an education or nonprofit setting
- Exposure to business development or customer relationship management (Salesforce a plus)
- Basic design or marketing experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Work environment is a standard office environment where noise level is quiet to moderate and requires ability to work in front of a computer for an extended period.
