If so, our Business Strategy & Operations (BS&O) team within Clinical Trial Capabilities wants you. We’re seeking a Project Manager I —a dynamic, detail‑obsessed operational strategist who loves structure, communication, and bringing clarity to chaos. This is a sponsor‑dedicated, high‑visibility role supporting senior leaders and mission‑critical initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO: As the go‑to coordination and communications engine for the BS&O team, you will: Drive Clear, Impactful Communication: Draft crisp, compelling internal communications, updates, and announcements Build and refine templates, newsletters, intranet content, and collaboration posts Maintain SharePoint and internal communication sites to ensure the organization stays aligned Keep Projects and Operations Running Like Clockwork: Coordinate non‑portfolio projects—tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items Support resource alignment and data tracking across tools like Smartsheet and internal systems Manage reports, dashboards, shared repositories, and operational documentation Own Meetings & Leader Support: Prepare agendas, take high‑quality minutes, and keep stakeholders accountable Partner with high‑level leaders as a "chief of staff–like" operator Support large‑scale events, all‑hands meetings, and virtual sessions Be the Administrative Backbone: Handle systems requests, follow‑ups, and day‑to‑day operational needs Problem‑solve across teams to remove roadblocks and keep workflows moving This role blends project coordination, communications excellence, administrative rigor, and operational leadership —perfect for someone who loves variety and multitasking. Salary Range: $80,600.00 - $145,000.00 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
