The work spans a broad range of healthcare and pharmaceutical materials—everything from short-form promotional copy to complex, long-form deliverables. Think: digital content (websites, eDetails), patient and HCP materials, messaging documents, congress presentations, and internal comms. Your core responsibility will be to ensure that all content is accurate, consistent, and in line with client style guides and regulatory standards—whether that’s navigating British vs. American English, applying correct referencing styles, or adhering to legal requirements. You\’ll collaborate closely with writers, creatives, account handlers, and project managers—often under tight deadlines—so a calm, focused approach is essential. What You\’ll Need to Succeed Proven experience in proofreading, quality control, or editorial support—ideally within a healthcare/pharmaceutical or agency setting Impeccable grammar, spelling, punctuation, and a strong grasp of plain English principles A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy—even when working at pace Familiarity with referencing systems (e.g., AMA, Vancouver) and tracing citation trails Confidence reviewing a wide range of formats—from digital copy and decks to long-form documents Clear and constructive communication skills, whether marking up digitally or on hard copy A steady, independent work ethic—balanced with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset How You Work This is a role for someone who knows how to uphold high standards without slowing down creative momentum.
