They are looking for a Property Accountant who will be responsible for the books and records of several properties in the company’s portfolio. This position will also be preparing and reviewing journal entries, cash analysis, bank reconciliations, and other accounting duties. Portfolio Accountant Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required - 2-3 years of Residential property management accounting experience is highly preferred - Proficient computer and software skills, specifically in Microsoft Office and Yardi - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
