Provider Recruiter | Remote | Base up to $72K + Uncapped Commission This is a fully remote provider recruiting role focused primarily on pharmacist hiring, with flexibility to support other provider searches as needed. Pharmacy is a major part of the workload, but the role is not limited to pharmacy alone. Many searches support community-based healthcare organizations such as outpatient clinics, FQHCs, and PACE programs, where provider coverage directly affects whether patients can be seen and services remain available. You will also support physician, NP, and allied health recruiting as needs arise. Why You Should Apply • Fully remote, full-time role • Base salary up to $72K plus uncapped commission • Benefits begin on the first of the month after 30 days of full-time employment • Pharmacist-first recruiting with steady demand • Limited MSP or VMS involvement • Exposure to provider recruiting beyond pharmacy • No sales or client cold calling • Strong internal support for operational tasks What You Will Do • Recruit pharmacists for community health centers and outpatient settings • Manage searches from sourcing through start • Support physician, NP, and allied health recruiting as needed • Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates and internal teams • Keep ATS and CRM records accurate and up to date What You Will Need • Experience in recruiting pharmacists is a big plus • Background recruiting physicians, NPs, or allied health professionals is preferred • Knowledge of pharmacist licensing and credentialing • Strong organization and follow-through • Comfort working independently in a fully remote role • Experience using ATS and CRM tools Interviews are underway. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
