PT Specialist (AS Program Recruitment Assistant)

Compensation Range: $14.34 - $19.17 Position Summary: Position Description The Part-Time Recruitment Assistant will play a vital role in promoting our Associate in Science Programs and Technical Workforce Programs. The ideal candidate will engage with potential students at high schools, community organizations, and various events to provide information, answer questions, and encourage enrollment. Job Duties ? Represent the community college at high schools, community organizations, and events to recruit potential students. ? Provide detailed information about the Associate in Science Programs and Technical Workforce Programs. ? Answer questions and address concerns from prospective students and their families. ? Distribute promotional materials and ensure they are up-to-date and relevant. ? Collect and manage contact information of potential students for follow-up. ? Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events. ? Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree is required, with previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with diverse groups effectively. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends are essential. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
