QA Automation Lead - Raas Infotek LLC

Title: QA Automation Lead (Remote W2 Only, No C2C) Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Automation Lead to oversee automated testing strategies, ensure product quality, and guide the QA team in best practices. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in modern test automation frameworks. Responsibilities: Lead QA automation initiatives across projects. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (UI, API, integration). Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards. Mentor and guide QA team members on automation best practices. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years in QA, with at least 2+ years in a lead role. Strong experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit). Proficient in scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
