Plan, execute, and coordinate test strategies for product releases. Review and improve testing procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Product) to address quality concerns and ensure product standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. Identify and report defects, track issues, and ensure proper resolution. Maintain test documentation and ensure it’s up-to-date. And other tasks. Requirements Key Expectations: Proven experience in a QA leadership role, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with automated testing tools and processes is a plus. Familiarity with industry compliance standards.
