QA Team Lead – Oracle ERP HCM and Fusion Testing

QA Team Lead to support our upcoming initiatives with one of our long running customers. We are looking for a consultant who can hit the ground running within a complex Oracle environment and provide strong leadership to the testing team.
Specifically, the resource must possess deep expertise in the following areas:
• Oracle Cloud Suite: Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, and Fusion modules.
• Leadership & Strategy: A proven track record as a QA Team Lead, capable of managing end-to-end testing lifecycles and ensuring high-quality delivery for large-scale projects.
• Team Development: Strong experience in mentoring a global team of testers, fostering technical growth, and establishing best practices within the QA function.
