Qualitative Impact Reporting Coordinator

Black Cultural Zone is seeking a Qualitative Impact Reporting Coordinator to provide essential administrative and field support for Network program teams. This role focuses on the collection and curation of qualitative content to demonstrate community impact and ensure the human experience of programs is captured for communication and evaluation. Responsibilities - Collect Field Content: Collects field content, including pictures, videos, stories, testimonials, interviews, and success stories - Prepare Impact Documentation: Prepares and organizes collected material into impact statements and supporting documentation for funder reports - Provide Program Support: Provides administrative support for community-facing programs (e.g., cultural events, youth programs) and assists with community outreach - Perform Administrative Tasks: Performs basic administrative support, scheduling, data entry, and file management related to program participants and narrative reporting - Liaise for Archiving: Liaises with the Cultural Preservation Institute for the proper documentation and archiving of cultural content - Operational Duties: Performing other operational duties as needed to support Network functions Skills - A High school diploma or equivalent is required - 1+ year experience in program support or community outreach is preferred - Basic computer and media literacy skills (managing photos, videos) are necessary - Requires strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and collecting testimonials - Basic administrative support, scheduling, and data entry skills are required - Interest in arts/culture and community engagement is a plus - BCZ University Internal Certification in Qualitative Reporting Benefits - Health and Wellness: Medical (Kaiser Gold 80 HMO with buy-up options), Dental (MetLife Dental Plan), Vision (MetLife Vision Plan), Life Insurance (MetLife Basic Term Life / AD&D), Long-Term Disability (MetLife Long-Term Disability), and a Legal Plan (MetLife “MetLaw” Legal Plan). - Retirement: CalSavers Program. - Professional Development: Access to an Employee Assistance Program with 5 free sessions per incident and Thrive Coaching for professional and personal development. - Work-Life Balance: Hybrid work options, paid lunches, events, and other perks, and a generous paid time off policy that includes BCZ Wellness Days (the 4th Friday of each month), 15 observed holidays per calendar year, 72 hours of paid sick leave, and 12 vacation days per calendar year.
