About the Job Drivers are paid hourly pay range -19.13 - 22.63. Base of 40 hours per week. Higher pay available if OT involved. Concrete knowledge and experience preferred Mechanical background or skills preferred. During the busy season this could be a six day working week with longer hours. Job Summary Company Driver (W2, Solo) Ready Mixer Local $765 - $905 total weekly avg. pay 500 - 1,500 avg. miles per week $2,000 sign on bonus Dedicated Day shift 100% Driver Load/Unload Home Time 5 days on, 2 days off No guaranteed weekends home Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K and 401K with company match Paid holidays Paid vacation Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment. Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
