Real Estate Accountant-3 day WFH!

Job Duties Of The Real Estate Accountant Role • Ensure monthly mortgage payments, journal entries, and deposits are made. • Reconcile monthly bank accounts and prepare monthly financials. • Report, analyze, and interpret financial and operating data for management. • Assist with performing year-end audits and document requests for the auditors. • Review financial data for accuracy. Identify problems and support day-to-day accounting operations. • Maintain communication with assigned communities to answer questions and effectively resolve issues. • Attend training classes as scheduled and assigned. • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Preferred For The Property Accountant Role • Minimum 3 years of property accounting experience. • Experience using Yardi Voyager and or RealPage is desired • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #INJAN2025 Apply Job!
