What You’ll Do -Foster Strategic Partnerships : Build strong relationships with third-party property management firms to optimize occupancy, revenue, and asset performance through effective lease and tenant management. -Oversee Portfolio Performance : Manage commercial real estate properties, partnering with third- party firms to ensure top financial and operational outcomes. -Drive Financial Performance : Prepare budgets, analyze variances, and maximize Net Operating Income (NOI) while collaborating with accounting for accurate reporting. -Support Value-Add Strategies : Work with the Acquisitions team to implement initiatives that enhance portfolio performance. -Conduct Property Oversight : Perform quarterly property visits across the Midwest (up to 25% travel) to ensure alignment with Black Kanyon’s vision. -Facilitate Transitions: Support acquisitions, refinancings, and dispositions for seamless portfolio transitions.
