Job Overview
Assist award-winning and top-producing residential real estate broker by creating efficient systems, coordinating complex transactions, and handling client needs with responsiveness and care. Flexible remote part-time hours between 8 am - 7 pm EST, occasionally on weekends.
Responsibilities
• Perform general administrative duties such as preparing documents for signature, data entry, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries.
• Maintain electronic filing system and track progress of deals from initial consultation to contract to closing.
• Client Communication - relay information between clients and broker as needed
• Research Building Records, Tax information, and localities
• Plan Client Appreciation activities and gifts
• Track broker's business goals, progress, results.
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational skills. Ability to juggle many moving pieces.
• System for maintaining client confidentiality required
• Previous experience assisting real estate broker or brokerage required
• Familiarity with DotLoop, MLS, ShowingTime, Zillow, Google Calendar/Drive and Microsoft 365 required
• Familiarity with NYS Real Estate strongly preferred
• Impeccable phone manner, diplomacy and discretion
• Warmth, genuine desire to help clients
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn
• Ethical, responsible
• English Fluency
