Position Summary We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team at Rep-Lite. In this role, you will take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, with a primary focus on sourcing and placing top-tier field-based talent in medical sales and clinical support roles. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and external partners to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, support strategic hiring goals, and contribute to our continued growth in the healthcare and medical device space. This role is perfect for someone who has 2–3 years of recruiting or sales experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.
