Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented 1099 contract Recruiter to contract with our small insurance inspection company. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in sourcing, attracting, and contracting with top talent to meet our organization's needs. This position requires professional maturity and a proactive approach to recruitment, with a focus on building strong... relationships with candidates . The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. Duties Monday, Wednesday, Friday maintenance of existing contractor recruiting dashboard- · screening applicants · sending documents · responding to email inquiries · sending background check invitations · follow up calls and emails as needed · setting up inspector accounts in management system Communicate regularly with candidates regarding their application status and provide feedback as necessary. Creating and Mailing contractor ID badges (materials, hardware, software and postage supplied by our company) Weekly maintenance of ads and posting of provided advertisement to multiple recruiting sites in areas of need (e.g. Handshake, Craigslist, Linked In Sofi, USA, ARCO, etc.) Weekly database searches of relevant websites and internal management system database. (e.g. Handshake, Craigslist, Linked In, Sofi, USA, ARCO, etc.) Advice on adding other avenues to include in searches and subsequent searches as those areas are approved by management. Bringing creative and innovative approaches to finding sources of qualified inspectors. Phone/email interactions with prospective contractors to help them understand the position if they are qualified and if they are not qualified how to become qualified for work. Step by step how to become an inspector document provided- your role is answering questions generated by the document and encouragement to use it become qualified to apply.- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various positions, including online databases, campus recruitment, and other media for recruiting. Requirements - Proven experience in recruiting - Strong understanding of recruiting methodologies. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Signed 1099 contract, clear background check, and signed Non-disclosure agreement. -Contract recruiter is paid monthly on first of month via direct deposit (only). This is an initial contract of 90 days beginning 11/1/24 (or sooner, if available) with opportunity for unlimited renewal based on positive outcomes.
