We are hiring a full-time, remote-based Agricultural Recruiter Associate to join our team. As a Recruiter Associate, you will receive training and coaching on the recruitment process and the various sectors we support. You will start by sourcing candidates and gradually move into interviewing, candidate, and client management. You will gain knowledge in all sectors of the agriculture and horticulture industry nationwide, making a significant and lasting impact on our clients by hiring the best talent and contributing to the growth of the industry. Benefits include PPO health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program with a 4% company match, company-paid life insurance, three weeks of paid time off, and holiday pay. The team works traditional business hours Monday through Friday. This remote role requires no travel except for one annual meeting. Our ideal hire brings 2+ years in the agriculture industry required (crop inputs, sales, agronomy, livestock, animal nutrition, genetics, seed, farming, or any other sector of ag; a variety of sectors a plus) Bachelors degree required with preference to candidates with a GPA of 3.5 or higher Motivation with a strong ambition for career advancement What you would be doing Receive ongoing mentoring and coaching as you develop your recruitment, candidate, and client-management skills Strategically source candidates by reviewing hundreds of resumes weekly, utilizing various online tools, software systems, and available resources.
