About the Role We’re seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to supplement our hiring efforts. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for a number of roles, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role will be 5 days/week in-office. This role may lead to a full-time opportunity at the end of the contract, depending on performance and business needs. What You'll Do: Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies. Source, engage, and assess top technical talent. Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts. Maintain a core KPI of 3 hires per month. What You Bring: 2+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for unique roles. Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills. Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail. Start Date: ASAP
