Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong headhunting background to take full-cycle ownership of the recruitment process. This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and highly skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent using modern recruitment tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
Conduct headhunting and passive candidate sourcing across multiple channels
Utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
Conduct high-quality interviews and effectively assess candidate fit
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers
Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
Qualifications
3–5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on headhunting
Proven experience with:Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Indeed
LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Experience closing hard-to-fill positions
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
Strong English fluency required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
Experience recruiting for legal or professional services roles is a plus
Requirements
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
Must be able to work 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday)
