Remote (U.S.-based only) Bonusly is looking for a people-first Talent Partner. We’re seeking someone who can manage both technical and non-technical recruiting efforts while supporting key people operations and light IT tasks. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the employee journey — from the first interview through onboarding and beyond. We need someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong partnerships across teams. You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to Bonusly’s vibrant and collaborative culture. What you’ll do: • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver top talent. • Coordinate and facilitate a welcoming and consistent onboarding experience for new hires. • Support employee offboarding to ensure a smooth, professional transition. • Assist with light IT & administrative tasks such as account creation, access provisioning, and coordination with internal systems to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. • Assist with ad hoc People Operations initiatives, including company get-togethers, virtual events, and team engagement activities. You should apply if you….. • Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, covering both technical and non-technical roles. • Have experience working in a startup or high-growth environment, where you’ve worn multiple hats and adapted quickly to change. • Are skilled at sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines across multiple functions. • Have experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes. • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities. • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels. • Are comfortable assisting with basic IT coordination, such as user account setup and provisioning access to systems and tools. Bonus points for….. • Experience in a scaling tech or SaaS startup, ideally in the HRTech space. • Familiarity with ATS systems (such as Greenhouse or Lever). • Experience supporting HR operations, light IT, or culture initiatives. • A passion for creating inclusive, engaging employee experiences.
