Recruiter & HR Manager for Amazon Delivery Service Provider company

Job description We are looking for an amazing Recruiter... In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting non-CDL drivers for an Amazon delivery partner. The company name is Absolute Delivery Services, LLC. We are a company contracted by Amazon to deliver Amazon packages. You will be responsible for hiring all staff to deliver the packages- primarily Drivers (non CDL) and truck helpers (aka foot couries), as well as dispatchers and managers. You will be responsible for managing job postings, interviewing drivers and foot couriers, making offers, and overseeing onboarding. Typical hiring most of year is 5 employees per week. For July, Oct, Nov, Dec = hiring is over 70 people per week. You will also be responsible for HR tasks including coordinating with Benefits manager, doing write up and final warnings, tracking uniform ordering, scheduling for employees, fielding personnel requests/issues, and interfacing with Amazon training teams. This is a full time position; remote is okay. Must have the time to dedicate full time for this recruiter position.
