You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates? skills, experience, and cultural fit.Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.Sales Activity: Engage in sales activities to attract new clients and expand our business.
