Recruiter (part time) – Amazon Store

SARAH Tuxis Residential Services is seeking a part-time, 20 hours per week, Recruiter. SARAH Tuxis in an agency supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities along the CT shoreline. This position is considered a high-volume Recruiter and will assist the Lead Recruiter in sourcing candidates for all full time, part time and per diem Direct Support Professionals (direct care workers). The ideal candidate will have previous experience sourcing candidates in the healthcare field. Position will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. Three to five years of experience preferred, but not required. Position will be based in the Guilford, CT office, but may have remote flexibility built into the schedule.
