Would you like to recruit for positions that support the most iconic global sports and entertainment events in the world? If so, we have a great opportunity at On Location for a Recruiter to support our FIFA partnership with the 2026 World Cup! The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage relationship-building skills to create meaningful connections with hiring managers throughout the organization and identify the best candidates to fill vacancies. The position supports business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting candidates for positions in the assigned areas of business using various sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. This role will specifically focus on Finance/Accounting & Tech recruiting for the FIFA team. • Own a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 15-25 requisitions at any given time • Work with hiring managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan/strategy in support of talent initiatives to ensure an exceptional hiring experience • Post job openings and creatively generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of recruiting methods and resources • Manage the candidate selection/interview process to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience for each the candidate • Negotiate and support the offer process • Ensure candidates embody the mission, vision and values of the company • Partner with the HR and Diversity and Inclusion Teams to assist in initiatives around sourcing strategies and the creation of an inclusive interview experience • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations You Have These • 4-6 years of recruiting experience within a large matrixed organization • Proven experience proactively building diverse candidate pipelines in Finance & Accounting • Comfortable with deadline driven priorities in a fast-paced environment • Well-organized, self-motivated, with a positive attitude • ATS experience, preferably Workday • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with evaluating, creating, and managing Diversity and Inclusion recruiting strategies • Able to take independent action to follow through on open items • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and to work in an ever-changing environment with a work style focused on solving problems and driving results We’d Love If You Also Have These • Possess a network of potential candidates • Experience with Workday as an ATS • Experience recruiting globally • Passion for sports hospitality, overall culture, and what’s relevant in the world today How We Work Endeavor is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
