Recruiter - REMOTE (CST / EST time zones)

We are looking for someone based in CST or EST time zones to provide coverage for our west coast team. This is a fully remote / work from home role! Key Responsibilities: • Recruit! This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role that will require you to source qualified talent (ie 'hunting' vs. gathering) using various tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, etc. using Boolean searches, etc. • Candidate relationship management direct communications, presentation and offer negotiations. • Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates, scheduling. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business demands and meeting deadlines • Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex Internet searches and existing talent pool database searches • Report on a regular cadence to iTalent management team on progress updates Apply Job!
