About the position The Recruiter position at Penn Medicine is a remote role focused on the recruitment and selection of both clinical and non-clinical roles within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, supporting workforce planning, and participating in special projects related to diversity and staff development. The Recruiter will work independently under the guidance of senior staff, making decisions and using independent judgment to fill open positions efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. , • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. , • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. , • Produce postings to attract the best potential candidates; use strategies likely to increase visibility on the web and social media. , • Advise managers and leaders in the selection of internal and external candidates in accordance with internal practices and applicable standards. , • Support the workforce planning process. , • Assist in planning and execution of special recruiting events. , • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks. Requirements • H.S.
