Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role requires a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events to generate leads. • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all... candidates. • Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to build a pipeline of future talent. • Support internal recruiting efforts for succession planning and talent management initiatives. Skills • Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong understanding of sales techniques related to candidate engagement. • Familiarity with Kronos or similar HR software is a plus. • Strong lead generation skills to identify potential candidates proactively. • Experience in campus recruitment and building relationships with educational institutions is desirable. • Knowledge of internal recruiting processes and succession planning strategies. • Proficiency in talent management practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Familiarity with ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and management. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
