What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)
- Review, prioritize, and respond to job requisitions submitted through MSP programs
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles including contract and permanent positions
- Maintain regular communication with MSP program teams regarding candidate status and onboarding
- Stay current on labor market trends and compliance requirements specific to contingent workforce hiring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience working with VMS/MSP clients
- Familiarity with major VMS platforms such as Fieldglass and Beeline
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting for contract or contingent labor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Experience sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
