Recruiter with German & English position: managing recruitment and selection process, creating recruitment strategy, reporting progress and status of open vacancies. Seeking a communicative team player fluent in German and English. Requirements Proficient in both German (C1) and English (C1); Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in a related field (Psychology/Sociology/Communications). Previous experience in recruitment (at least 6 months) is an asset but not mandatory. Working knowledge of MS Office; Excellent communication skills, building relationships skills and the ability to remain composed in all situations; Focused on details and good planning skills; Ability to work on own initiative, be creative, and under pressure to achieve deadlines and KPI’s; Flexibility to adapt to a continuously changing environment; Team player.
