A boutique recruiting and staffing company is seeking experienced recruiters/talent acquisition specialists to join their growing team. Candidates with a JD degree or paralegal degree are preferred, those with a realtor or teacher background will also be highly considered. The recruiter will build strong candidate pipelines through traditional resources as well as digital channels. Responsibilities will include overseeing full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes including conducting intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and assessing candidates as well as effectively managing the offer process. Qualifications • JD, paralegal or bachelor's degree preferred • 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Experience with or proven ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Proven experience managing confidential information • Strong self-awareness and ability to receive and accept feedback in an effort to continue personal and professional growth and development • Excellent interpersonal skills Apply Job!
