Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles, including labourers, customer service assistants, and general site workers. Make high volumes of outbound calls to engage with jobseekers and assess suitability. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of available temporary workers. Support recruitment consultants with candidate placements and general admin. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date. Coordinate interviews, start dates, and general candidate communications. Qualifications and Experience Personality is key – confident, friendly, and proactive with excellent communication skills. Willingness to pick up the phone and speak with candidates regularly. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Equipment required: A reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC. Nice to have: 1–2 years’ experience in a recruitment, resourcing, or customer service role. Exposure to international recruitment or working with UK clients.
