Recruitment Specialist for Airbnb Owners in Rabat & Casablanca

Title: Airbnb Property Sourcing & Owner Outreach – Rabat & Casablanca Description: We are a growing property management and concierge company specializing in Airbnb rentals in Rabat and Casablanca. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven freelancer to help us find property owners interested in listing their apartments on Airbnb and managing them through our professional services. Responsibilities: Identify apartments and property owners in Rabat and Casablanca suitable for Airbnb rentals. Reach out to property owners via phone, email, or social media to present our property management services. Persuade property owners to list their properties on Airbnb with our team as professional managers. Build and maintain a database of potential leads. Provide regular updates on progress and feedback from property owners. Requirements: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Knowledge of the Airbnb market in Rabat and Casablanca is a plus. Experience in sales, real estate, or customer outreach is preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic is a strong advantage. Payment: $100 USD per property successfully recruited. This is the only payment offered—payment is made only for properties that officially sign up with our management services. Deliverables: List of property owners successfully recruited. Weekly progress report on outreach and results.
