We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for interviewing and selecting top talent, while also contributing to various HR processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time contractual seasonal position from October to March. Requirements Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience Ability to manage multiple open roles, conducting back to back interviews, and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Experience with Workable and Rippling is a plus Proficiency in G-suite applications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
