This role is pivotal in ensuring we find the most enthusiastic, qualified, and caring individuals to join NORY. You’ll play a key part in helping us deliver exceptional camp experiences by identifying and onboarding team members who share our mission and values. Key Responsibilities: • Resume Screening: Review resumes to ensure candidates meet role requirements and align with NORY’s values. • Conducting Interviews: Lead phone and virtual interviews, using a friendly and thorough approach to evaluate candidates' fit for the team. • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process, providing new hires with everything they need to succeed from day one. • Uphold NORY’s Core Values: Maintain a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach, embodying our commitment to empathy, purposefulness, and data-driven decisions. What You Bring: • Recruitment Experience or Educational Background: Experience in recruiting, especially in education or similar environments, is essential. • Excellent Communication Skills: You’re comfortable conducting interviews and know how to ask thoughtful, meaningful questions to uncover candidates’ strengths and fit for our camp culture. • Professionalism and Detail-Oriented Mindset: Ability to manage multiple candidates and steps in the recruitment process with meticulous attention to detail. • Team Player Attitude: You’re enthusiastic about NORY’s mission and know that selecting the right team members is crucial to our success. Schedule & Compensation: • Hourly Rate: $25 - $30 per hour. • Hours: 10-20 hours per week (November - January), and 20-40 hours per week (February - August).
