Position Overview:

M2D is seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage the full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for all team members at M2D. This role will oversee one Recruitment Coordinator and report to the Director of HR Strategy & Member Experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong people skills, passionate about creating a positive candidate and volunteer experience.
