REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF REVENUE MANAGEMENT (remote)
POSITION PROFILE
The Director of Revenue Management will set rate and revenue strategies for Palisociety properties in conjunction with guidance from the Managing Director of Revenue Management. This position is responsible for providing oversight to ensure exceptional financial results for their assigned portfolio and ensure strategies are executed. This is a Pacific Time Zone remote position.

THE TASK AT HAND:
REVENUE:
• Highly experienced with revenue management with a history of strong RevPAR penetration simultaneously at multiple properties
• Self-driven with an entrepreneur spirit who works autonomously and is face-paced
• Strong communication skills with the capability to captivate and engage individuals on presentations, including weekly Revenue Strategy meetings and Quarterly Owners Calls
• Contribute to the financial success of the hotel via participation in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and sales and marketing plan process
• The ability to lead and train a team to work cohesively on optimizing RevPAR penetration
• Monitor and analyze the competition, local events, and activities daily to quickly input pricing, inventory, and restriction changes to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports and present results from all segments, including internet channels.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Food and Beverage, Operations, and Accounting to ensure total revenue gets maximized.
• Ensure rate parity and strategies are on all OTA sites, property websites, GDS, and other areas where hotel rates will show.
• Enter daily star data into partner portal; daily, weekly and monthly revenue metrics reports
• Work with the property teams to control cancellations, no shows, and early checkouts to maximize revenues
• Daily audits of arrivals, no-show, zero rate, changes made, newly created reservations, and cancelation reports to ensure accuracy and find opportunities.
• Follow and enforce all hotel credit rules through the use of building rate codes and policies, in addition to auditing for problems and educating individuals on processes.
• Reviewing the travel agent commission's reports monthly
• Communicating strategies and procedures to other departments as required
• Maintain historical statistical data from all distribution channels in all market segments.

• Work to create strong relationships with Palisociety vendors and Suppliers.

• PMS - Opera, StayNTouch, Mews Experience Preferred
• RMS - Duetto Experience Preferred
• CRS - Sabre Synxis Experience Preferred
• Excel - Advanced User

• Be hands-on, with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.

• Minimum two years in revenue management position.
